About Contextify

Contextify reads the words in your short-form video, before you post it, and tells you plainly what is working and what to change. It is built for talking-head and voiceover creators on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Who builds it

Contextify is built by Yazz, a solo founder in Montreal. [DRAFT: two or three sentences in your own words: why you started it, what you saw creators struggle with, and what you want it to do for them.]

Questions, bugs or ideas reach the founder directly at support@contextify.ca.

How an analysis works

  1. You upload a video, and its audio is extracted in your browser, so the video file never leaves your device. Or you pick one of your YouTube Shorts, and its captions are used instead.
  2. Uploaded audio is transcribed, then deleted from our storage as soon as the transcript exists.
  3. The transcript is scored on five dimensions, weighted: hook strength (30%), clarity and structure (25%), delivery and pacing (20%), rewatch and save value (15%) and search optimization (10%).
  4. Every quote in your breakdown is checked against your own transcript. If the model quotes words you never said, the answer is rejected and written again.
  5. You get the one fix that matters most, a stronger hook to try, and a ready-to-film script for your next video.

What it does not claim

  • It does not predict views, reach or virality. The scores are judgments about your words, not forecasts.
  • It judges what you say, not your visuals, editing or delivery on camera.
  • When a script needs a number you did not give, it leaves a blank like [your number] instead of inventing one.
  • When a transcript looks cut off, it says so instead of criticizing an ending it cannot see.

Your data

Your videos, transcripts and scripts are never used to train AI models, and never sold. They are processed only by the services listed in our privacy policy, and you can delete them from your dashboard at any time.
